Let’s start a
conversation.

Refined Journal is an independent publication exploring literature, philosophy, history, culture, and human nature. Through essays and reflections, it aims to offer thoughtful perspectives on the ideas, books, and questions that shape how we understand the world.

My name is Michał Trzciński, and I’m the writer behind Refined Journal. I created this publication as a space for serious reading, independent thought, and a deeper engagement with ideas that remain relevant across time.
